Dexter's of Lake Mary

Two stars for our server who was attentive and kind, but the rest is because the bussers all morning sat on their phones without washing their hands and then our friend watched one of them leave the bathroom without washing their hands and they went straight to the bar to start washing dishes. Honestly absolutely disgusting in every capacity. If that didn’t happen, we would’ve had a great experience and truly we did without that, but the amount of unsanitary things that we witnessed is completely unacceptable. We all worked in the food service industry. We all are understanding and tip well, but this was completely repulsive. Please train your staff appropriately.

Dexter's is a bar, that serves brunch. There were lots of people having a good time with unlimited Mimosas on the table. The food was good. But the place was very loud and just not our kind of place for breakfast.

We are here for a retirement party on a Tuesday night and I can understand if your understaffed as most places are. The service of the wait staff was fine. It, was your bartender that I understand was overwhelmed, as she mentioned shes the only one working the bar. Instead of trying to help us out when we approached the bar she kept pushing us away and having us order with the servers. The problem is the cycle as its still going to reflect on her. I hope that you all try and staff things a bit better the next time you know that a large part is reserving a good majority of your establishment. What's the overall surprise is that there wasn't any management that addressed anything or anyone.
