Dexter's Birdland

I absolutely devoured my meal here today lol. It was so great and fulfilling. The brunch menu is so awesome that I didn’t get to order what I wanted but the meal I got was still great. Thanks Dexter and his beautiful wife!! Love you guys and the team here so friendly :D

I am a native of Rochester, NY where “the Birdland” way of making wings, ribs, and wedges became the only way for me and my tastebuds. I moved to Florida three years ago and I’ve craved the wings. Finally my tastebuds are satisfied. Dexters Birdland gave me the authenticity and experience that only comes from “the Birdland!” The food was everything. I had the wings, with wedges and macaroni salad. My friend had the ribs with wedges and macaroni and cheese. DELICIOUS. I’m excited that they offer fried fish as well as Soul Food Sundays (oxtails, pork chops etc). If you are in the Orlando area and you need food marinated to perfection and all around delicious. Please support Dexter’s Birdland. If your a Rochesterian living in the Orlando area- get there- it’s a little piece of home. FYI the wedges should be dipped in the sauce, no need for ketchup.
