DeRango's Pizzeria

Tried them about 4 years ago doing a shoe show down the street. From the establishment, I love it and have been coming back since need 4 more to get a free pizza

Worst service and food I have ever had multiple problems with the staff and the food I have found plastic in my food the drivers don't listen to instructions and then if you complain they blame it on you when you simply ask for a refund in the nicest way possible, they rather sit there and bad mouth you and never take accountability. As a general manager of a restaurant, I would be embarrassed to run a store this way they are horrible and just want your money its disgusting. Even when they have messed up multiple times I would still go there thinking they would have gotten better I have never complained once but the moment they leave my food outside in 30° weather and never even call or knock like I asked them to and I simply ask for a refund im the bad guy and im the worst customer to deliver to. They don't even try to listen they will interrupt you and argue with you as to why I'm in the wrong I didn't raise my voice or anything I simply said can I please have a refund please and he

Well......We put an order in about an hour ago. Very excited for dinner tonight to be so disappointed with the outcome. We ordered 2 -10" thin crust extra cheese and 1 with extra sauce pizzas plus extra marinara on the side. Please keep in mind I grew up going to Kenosha DeRango so I was beyond excited to try this location. Well the pizzas arrived and looked like left out frozen pizza from the night before. To be honest both pizzas tasted like frozen pizza. No extra cheese and sauce. We never received our extra marinara's as requested. The crust was bland and tasteless. You pay a premium price for good pizza and we sure did not receive that tonight! Again BIGGEST disappointment for a Friday night!
