DeNunzio's Italian Trattoria

It's a nice restaurant for Monroeville but I don't think the food is as good as it used to be. We will typically order veal parmesan or eggplant parmesan and both were just okay on the most recent visit when we went to celebrate my parents anniversary. The vibes from the server were also a little weird. They did recently expand the bar area and it looks nicer.

Went this evening for dinner, restaurant is a little outdated but has a decent atmosphere. My main complaint is the service. It was incredibly slow tonight! Dinner took almost two and a half hours. Mind you we only ordered entrees- No dessert or appetizers. The waitress was ok but my party was past ready to leave. Maybe hire another waitress, she appeared tired and slow this evening. The food was also just decent. Nothing special or full of flavor. I probably wouldn’t go again, but not an awful experience. Just a few things they could definitely improve on.

The veal was overcooked and the spaghetti was also overcooked. Otherwise very nice atmosphere good service. The salad was very good along with the vegetables I received with my meal. I definitely feel the meal was not worth the price.
