NASTY employees coming out of the restroom without washing their hands, ???? so ridiculous, while waiting on the phone for over 10 minutes only to be told that what I'm trying to order over the phone can only be ordered online by that time I've already driven to the location then I'm confronted by a manager that walked out of the bathroom and in me telling him the phone situation he doesn't care instead tells me he cares about being respected while trying to explain to me how online ordering works?? I'm standing in front of their lobby trying to order and get scolded cancelled anything and walked out
This is a Denny's 5 minutes away from home and we often visited, I have to confess that lately we stopped coming here because the wait was long to be seated and a longer wait to be served...They just did not have enough personal....and they still don't. But tonight was not crowded and the waitress girl..(only one) was working very hard to keep up and she did good. They still need to go back to the old days when their service and food was excellent
