Denny's

The day I visited last week, server Carolina was by herself on the floor. She was to seat patrons and take their orders, while delivering the orders. Refilling drinks as well. The manager advised me that my server will be with me to seat me. That never happened that the manager ended up walking me back to a table, but she didn't say anything to me. She grabbed a menu and walked away then turned around to look at me. I then realized she had decided to take me to have a seat. Carolina that server, was serving 8 tables by herself. The manager went back to talking to another staff member that was sitting at the counter and Carolina received no help. Carolina did everything with grace. The food was delicious. I ponder on the fact that having worked in this same industry, as a manager, I pitch in when servers take their breaks to not leave one person by themselves. Some teamwork would be great.

I am a regular customer and Mrs. Carolina always welcomes me with spectacular and professional service. I also want to give my opinion that I observed Carlina works several tables and no one gives her help, she would be an excellent manager, she is always attentive to customers
