Denny's

If I could put a 0 star I would. This is the second time we go but this time it wasn’t as packed as the first time and the service was horrible. We arrived at 11:00 ordered our food right away food took about 40 min to get to our table. The kitchen is understaffed, the servers should be more consistent with keeping up with their food from their tables. Cooks have a bad mouth knowing it’s an open area we can see and hear everything going on. We advised the manager about the service he didn’t seem to care he just said food was coming out on time that is NOT true because we saw all the pending orders on the expo line! What he could of done is gone to help out the kitchen. We will definitely not be going there again. As we brought our food to work because we only have an hour lunch break

I am very disappointed with their service. We got there at 11 am and got our food at 11:45 am we had to ask our server to box it up. All the time that we waited we could see the servers standing around waiting by the counter and hear the cook making rude remarks. The manager would just come out telling his staff "Who's the weakest link!" Instead of helping out his staff. When I brought it up to the managers attention he said he saw no problem with the situation. He was being very rude to us and to his cashier. They need further costumer service training.

10/10 Outstanding service! I loved this Denny's! Close by, and I felt VERY welcomed when I entered. The staff was very pleasant, my server went above and beyond his duties. (I will edit later when I get his name.) All in all you will have an exceptionally pleasurable time at this Denny's. Establishment was clean, food was great, and staff was notable. P.S. Be mindful of other reviews, just because they had a bad time doesn't mean you will. I visited on a Sunday night at 7pm. Wasn't too busy party of 2, seated ourselves, and served quickly.
