A n8ce place convenient to RIVER WALK Texas.. food as usual d Best.. server were friendly and accommodating..
The food was good but the service was slow it took them some time to get us a table the time for the food to come out was not so long only 20min the outside was dirty and looked unsanitary this place was average and the menu was shorter this place is not so recommendable pretty disappointing ????.
I've been to the downtown San Antonio's Denny's several times in particular during the recovery from the"pandemic," this was by far the WORSE! The restaurant wasn't crowded and part of it was closed off. It took almost 8 minutes to be seated. We were given menus, but never offered or brought water. For next 20 minutes or so, two of the wait staff passed by us without acknowledging us. We noticed several others of the wait staff standing near the cash register talking and laughing, then returning to the kitchen without bringing orders to the guests. After 30 minutes, we left totally dissatisfied. I have over 25 years of providing excellent customer service in restaurants, hotels, & security. This was Awful!
