Denny's

The most disorganized Denny's I've ever been to. Go to a different Denny's especially if it's during peak brunch on the weekend. Seemed they have plenty of staff and were just poorly managed. Ordered online and food was ready an hour after pickup estimate. The staff would leave the front service desk as to not answer customers' questions.

This happens to be one of my favorite Denny's to go to and I would probably would have gave it a little bit better rating but today of all days the waitress couldn't get her s*** together and she messed up her orders and she forgot to bring me something that I ordered to by time eating the rest of my food she brought rings along with my potatoes I'm like I don't want them now I would like to have them with my meal she didn't say much she's just like whatever and threw him in a box and brought him back instead of on the table I think she was a little bit rude and I think that she needs to cater to her customers a little bit better than she was doing today Parking: I didn't hear several times and there's always plenty of parking Wheelchair accessibility: There was plenty of wheelchair accessibility parking spaces for people with the disabilities that need assistance getting in and out would be easy for them

This location was a little slow and lacking enough employees to service the number of customers that were dining. Those were the cons. The pros however outweigh the cons by them providing excellent customer service. And a delicious meal. Made the experience, although a bit trying at times well worth the wait.
