The service is an C-.. from the moment you walk in you will be ignored, you have to flag them so they can come and give you a seat, the tables are dirty, the coffee mugs are dirty ( I've had to ask them to change mine ) several times because of old coffee stains and even lipstick stains. The supervisors don't really show professionalism
Good breakfast! Nora was a great server. Service was a bit slow due to lots of online orders and not much personnel.
Food was horrible, service was horrible, I couldn't eat more than 3 bites, sat it at the edge of the table and server never came over to check if there was a problem. My husband had to flag our server over to get the check, she looked at my plate, but didn't ask why I hadn't eaten it. When I went up to the register to pay, I asked her to please remove it from the bill and she said sorry, I can only give you a 10% discount. My husband ended up with food poisoning and a trip to urgent care
