Denny's

My husband and I ate breakfast here today and asked for our favorite server (Sherry). Sherry always goes ABOVE and BEYOND with her service. She is very friendly and never makes you feel like you are bothering her. She checks every order to ensure that it is correct and properly prepared. The coffee and the food is also good here.

We go here mostly for breakfast. We have tried lunch and dinner and have found them to be passable but not exceptional. The price is below average for sit down meals. So it’s a great value. But, the breakfasts are very good. Definitely above average for the price. The selection is wide. The food is good. The service is good to great depending on your server that day. My husband loves the crapes. I’m more of a breakfast sandwich person. Moon over my Hammy with Chalula and hash browns are hard to beat if you like breakfast sandwiches. It’s rarely over-crowded.

This particular store is the WORST DENNYS I'VE EVER BEEN TO! We were greeted at our table in about 5 minutes. It then took another 5 minutes for our coffee to arrive which was 10 minutes before we offered the opportunity to order. I would guess the occupancy was around 50% full. My friend ordered a soda water and the waitress had no idea what that was. We tried explaining to the waitress that it was water with gas bubbles. She still had no idea what that was. I ordered build your own Slam and my friend ordered Moons over my hami. 2 simple orders. Then after waiting for a total of 43 minutes we gave up and walked out. I'll never eat at that Denny's ever again. BTW, I eat at my local Denny's 5-10 times per month where I am usually in and out within 25 minutes.
