Had my bf go pick up our food that said was done after 30 mins, he went to go get it. When he got there they told him he had a 10 min wait. After the 10 minutes they said that they gave away the order to the wrong person. My boyfriend was sitting by the doors the whole time and no one came in for an order while he was there. The person I talked too also told me he was making our replacement food in the kitchen. Then when off the phone with me told my bf he can’t make our food and isn’t supposed to be in the kitchen. The food we got had obviously been sitting as well my food was basically cold besides my pancakes. My boyfriend’s food was super just throw together and put in the box. I am a manager myself and am normally very understanding. But the lying is not needed. Nor understood. It sounds like you need more people or to maybe not be open this late at night without more help. The person I talked too sounded more than stressed and was very rude to my boyfriend but “nice” to me as we
Had lunch. Pot roast dip. It was good but the chunks of roast were to big on the sandwich. If it had been shredded alittle and more spread out on the bread it would have been easier to eat. Onion rings were good and crunchy.
Excellent service! Very attentive and made good suggestions. I’m always so impressed when a server doesn’t write anything down ,especially when it’s busy and your order arrives perfect. A good ole American breakfast was what I was craving and was not disappointed.
