I have a huge question do all DENNYS have same non working AC UNITS it is totally wrong for them to scam customers and make them feel Ac is working and next thing you know you are sweating while trying to drink coffee on top of that the one on LBJ & 635 I just left has a few girls that sound like they know what they are doing but the one that was our server was just not all their not focused food took for ever then my order had not even been ordered coffee was cold the first round then never gave us straws for cokes we always order coffee and drinks never gave us napkins after we asked twice just a horrible experience to top it off HOTTER THAN OUTSIDE how can they keep maintaining restaurants open in those conditions if I could give a NEGATIVE -10 I would

They say they are open at 6am but when I went I got there early and waited patiently and 2 workers showed up at 5:56am and I am guessing one is the manager. They opened the door and I asked when can I come in and they said 30 minutes. I left and went Dunkin Donuts instead. Don't advertise that you are open at a specific time and show up 4 minutes before that time and tell customers that they have to wait another 30 minutes because you are not open

I absolutely enjoyed our meal and our experience here my server was amazing! She made sure we always had refills on our drinks, was very polite, and was over all just a delightful person. I wish I could remember her nameso she could get the recognition she deserves.
