Denny's

i wish i could give no stars. first off, my order was over a half hour late for delivery. then i don’t receive my order for even longer i call this dennys on parkway and some lady picks up and says we don’t offer delivery when both the app say delivery and the website too? i finally get the food and the receipt literally says Dennys Delivery. i thought you didn’t offer delivery at all? the food was actually gross expect for the pumpkin pancakes and the seasoned red potatoes. Absolutely horrible customer service i wish i just requested a refund instead of being nice and dealing with what i got. she also said that dennys didn’t receive any orders this morning when i called? make it make sense. my gravy on my chicken fried steak was lumpy it looked like it had went bad. time to find a better dennys. waste of almost 50 dollars. and also burnt toast!

Waited for our food for over 40 minutes (crepes breakfast, cob salad, and club sandwich): there were only 3 other tables being used by couples. We saw our plates waiting on the service window for almost 15 minutes before they were grabbed and brought to our table. Brought the wrong order: ordered the club sandwich NOT the Cali club. Salad was good. Crepes had lots of filling. Host was happy, friendly, and quick to seat us. Decent, not great experience.

During our visit, the air conditioning was out. It wasn't fun to sit in, but it was much better than being outside, and we were warned about it from the staff as soon as we walked into the restaurant. Speaking of, the staff were really great and accommodating. They were very friendly. I have nothing bad to say about them. ???? The food was good too. I really liked my California sandwich. I wish the avocado was better distributed, as one half barely had any avocado, and the other side had what seemed to be the rest of half of the avocado, barely sliced enough to distribute it myself. All in all, I would go here again.
