I fully understand that the pandemic has made it much harder for restaurants. With that said, we asked for crispy hash browns and they were mushy, one plate only had a half of a piece of bacon, and the pancakes were tasteless and burnt on one side. As far as service, it started good, then after we got our food the server never came back to check on how our food was. Which we would have said to him, was well below acceptable. The only bright spot was the restaurant was clean, quiet and comfortable. Maybe that is all we can come to expect from Denny’s anymore.
This location is incredible! My husband and I are visiting CA for our anniversary and had the pleasure of having Blanca wait on us twice. She is beautiful, kind and it was an honor to meet her! Even though they were ridiculous busy, the staff handled it with poise and professionalism.
Vary friendly had the T bone steak very good and juicy ordered nachos not good ha a lot of gristle did not like that the other 2 people I was with had the eggs and pancakes special eggs where done as ordered and everything arrived quick and correct … More
