DeMatteo's Pizza - Riverside

I’ve lived in riverside my whole life and never heard of this place until just recently.at the moment there dine in is currently closed so I ordered a few pizzas for takeout and wow there pizza is delicious,it was a little bit pricey but hey you get what you pay for and you can tell they use real and fresh ingredients in there pizzas.also they have wonderful customer service everyone there was nice and smiling a pleasant atmosphere to be around I will definitely be coming here more often and recommend this place to my friends and family.

The ingredients are all super solid, which makes for great food. Only drawback is occasional poor assembly of the pizza if they are busy. Still worth 5 stars though.

This place deserves six stars. I came here for lunch two days in a row because I had a job close by. The first day I had ordered a medium pizza and somehow my order got messed up and it took longer than expected. I don’t blame them because they seemed very busy during the time I was there. I noticed it was all women working there and they were HUSTLING. Since my order took a while they ended up giving me another small pizza for free. Then the next day I came back, they remembered me and told me that they won’t take my money for yesterday’s inconvenience. I tried to pay them but they insisted until I eventually gave up. So not only was the service great (which seems family-based), but the pizza was some of the best I’ve ever had. Easily top 3 best.
