Demae has been a favorite of mine for more than 25 years. The food is great, it is reasonably priced, and the staff is very friendly. It goes through cycles of being extremely busy and always having a table open.
Clean restaurant with quick, friendly service. We loved the authentic decor. Their sushi was decent, but the miso soup was definitely the highlight of our meal. Absolutely delicious! I'll be back for more!
Years ago this was my go to place for Japanese food. It changed owners and we stopped going. I think it’s newer owners in there now We thought we’d give it another go since it’s been so long. At first we were concerned cause it was Saturday night at 6 and it was empty. By the time we got our food the place had filled up a bit though. Now the important part. The food was pretty dang good. I had Katsu Curry and my wife had the teriyaki chicken. We both loved our food. We’re planning a return trip for their donburi.
