Much better than Taco Bell. They use real ingredients and I don't have to waste the next day on the toilet like I do with Taco Bell. Del Taco also doesn't get your order wrong like Taco Bell has for the last 35 years.
(1) "Your order has been confirmed. Upon arrival, please check-in and we will begin preparing your order." No. If I pay in advance and select "Immediately," prepare my food. There is no reason to offer online orders if you then choose to handle them this way. (2) 3/4 of my small cup of guacamole was a whole, un-smashed avocado. Can't dip my chips in that. (3) If the drive thru worker was mute, I admire Del Taco's commitment to hiring disabled individuals. If she wasn't, some basic customer service training would be great.
We were hoping to get something “quick” for dinner of the night we had scouts during the week. We have had a good experience at this location in the past, but it’s starting to feel like the distant past now it’s been 5 years or so since the food started going downhill. Tonight was especially unpleasant, we waited nearly 25 minutes for five Del tacos, a quesadilla and queso. There was management or owners having a meeting in the corner of the restaurant with no regard for what was happening in their business. And then they skimp on the cheese. Del taco is usually good. I would advise to avoid this location at all costs. It’s been a long time since the food has been good here and it seems it’s not going to get any better because nobody cares.
