Only one other location have I ever experienced a long wait time in the drive through. Fifteen minutes in the drive-thru, not counting our time at the window. The staff were pleasant enough but it was obvious they were not managed well. I'd like to think the staff were new and still in training.

We waited in line for approximately 12 minutes before we even got to order and we were at the order sign the whole time. We ordered our food got up to the window and waited but as we were watching the lady make our milkshakes we witnessed her wipe the cups and lids with the same rag she wiped her hands and the counters with. I had ordered a fiesta pack with one extra burrito I asked them specifically if they put the extra burrito in the box because they didn’t hand me a bag she said yes there was no extra burrito. They did not ask us for sauces we did not receive any sauces I was just not very happy the one girl was on her phone the entire time we were at the window for about 10 minutes. I understand that everybody has hardly any workers but this is ridiculous you do not wipe cups that you’re handing to people with stuff in it with the same rag you wipe the counter up with that is disgusting. Will not be going back there again!

I visited this locations drive-through on 8/23/2023 at about 11:45pm. The gentleman working the drive-through was the most professional and friendly service I have ever received.
