Del Taco

I should have known not to order from this place when no one was in line at the drive thru! I spent $14 on this HAM and need a refund. I at least thought my food would had been fresh because I was waiting at the window for some time, but my fries were cold and tasted half cooked the chicken smelled weird and was tasteless. The only good thing was my drink.I don’t know if it’s the location or what, but never again I’m coming back, that much I know.

Ok so this is the first time I've ever had Del Taco and it was pretty good. It taste more authentic and way better then Taco Bell. The nachos were really good, don't judge them since I asked for no veggies but they were delicious lol. I didn't like the Loaded Queso Burrito much because it had fries in it but that was my fault for choosing it, otherwise everything else was great.

Went here in the early afternoon. The 2 workers (male and a female with long pink hair) were outside running around playing tag with a little girl. The female worker took my order. Her greeting was "whatcha' want"? I was taken aback. I gave her my order and she said "alright bet", then she proceeded to yell at the child that she was just playing tag with. I was the only car there, and it took about 25 mins to get my food. The same female that took my order was in the lobby, as the child just ran around. There was another very polite young lady making the food, I was glad to see that, but I could tell she was fed up with what was taking place. This place did look closed when I pulled up, Del Taco needs to do some firing because this is very unacceptable. I will from now on go to another Del Taco where the customer service is much greater
