Del Taco

I've finally gone crazy from how many chances I've tried to give this location, but I feel somewhat better because apparently plenty of other people believe it sucks, too. Where to begin? The first thing I've tried to brush off since the beginning is how this location's portion sizes are significantly smaller than other locations. The size of their bean and cheese burritos is about the size of a chicken roller at other locations. This is the one thing which has never failed to disappoint at this location. You are quite literally being ripped off/sold short. (I'll upload pictures of a comparison sometime soon.) The next thing is that the food never quite tastes the same... most of the time, the beans are undercooked. The sauces taste different? The food clumps like it might have been reheated? Am I insane? Am I biased? Am I imagining this? Have I imagined it dozens of times while picking bean skins from my teeth?? They seem perpetually understaffed. No wonder the employees look so unhap

I don’t know if it’s just on the weekends but we always have problems the French fries are always cold and soggy and undercooked The quesadilla cheese is not even melted and cold they always forget food and never answer the phone they always tell me a manager will call me back when I go inside and the young kids are always playing around getting high there rude and Very unprofessional these are not the type of kids you want preparing your food I rather drive down to Norco to the Del Taco I have given this location way too many tries and always disappointed it’s to the point where I will be calling the city health department because people will be getting sick from the uncooked food that they are serving

Please go to ANY other location. I asked for two grilled chicken tacos with no lettuce and what I got was two grilled chicken tacos with so much extra lettuce and one of the tacos had no cheese. Also, there was something questionable on one of the tortillas, it looked like mold. Food was literally so cold, fries were awful, beyond old. So disappointed that I paid for this. I’d be embarrassed if this was my establishment.
