Del Taco

I should have read the reviews BEFORE I placed my order through Uber. The only thing good that came out of this order was that MY UBER DRIVER KEPT ME UPDATED AND WAS ABLE TO DELIVER. The lettuce used smells OLD. There were missing ingredients in my COLD BURGER. I AM GLAD I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN... locating the nearest restroom as my stomach did not agree with the merchandise.

I've had plenty of decent experiences at a del taco, the first time at this location was ok, it was during the season of fired shrimp tacos, it was good! So, I decided to go back on a different occasion and I wasn't so great, then I tried again and the order was completely wrong thru the drive thru and I didn't realize until I was half way home. By chance my boyfriend was craving Carne asada fries...so, we got to the drive thru ordered carne fries, a steak torta & 1 fish taco...we were the only one's in the drive thru! They took the order, but what we received was a completely different order with burritos and chalupas, I quickly turned around and went inside the restaurant to hopefully get the right order. MIND YOU I went thru the drive thru because i did not want to get out of the car, and MY BOYFRIEND AND DOG BABIES WERE WAITING IN THE CAR FOR MY RETURN...I then had to wait for the young clerk in the front who apparently was clueless to any sense of urgency, to take the orders of 2

Pulled up to the line in the drive thru at 12:13 am and waited in line until 12:53 am. When I pulled up to advise them this was a Doordash order she said "Pull up to the window....ugh!". Did not get the order until 1:13 (an hour in line?!) . Not only does this cut into your dashing time but the customer had to wait extremely long for their food. Come on, do better! Unacceptable.
