Horrible! Customer service is awful. A bunch of teenagers standing around laughing and playing. Please train your staff! The guy at the window was rude and didn’t speak when handing food. Asked for ketchup and his response was WHAT?!

Awful service. This was my first time ordering Del Taco, I walked in to pickup an online order, all staff proceeds to NOT make anything instead they walked around on their phones. Manager was walking around a new staff member and seemingly had zero idea what their staff was even doing. I sat in there for 15 minutes and just cancelled my order and walked out. Was still charged and cannot get a refund because online receipts don't show a store ID. Never going to a Del Taco ever again. Avoid this place, its worse than the local McDonalds as far as service goes. No idea what the food is like, but assume it's worse than the Taco Bell across the street, which is where I went instead. Wasn't much better but at least they made my order within 15 minutes.
