Del Taco

So I have an order that is my usual a combination of snack soft tacos and chicken tacos no sauce. This place seems to be iffy on filling of the snack soft tacos. On a good night they fill them up and it's the best taco for the price in town. Unfortunately that's only happened during the hours of 8pm or after. Still the staff for the most part do their job and at this location it is rare for my order to be incorrect. I enjoy that one of the shift managers recognizes me and gives me the exact amount of medium hot sauce I like. Would give a higher rating if the snack tacos were filled consistently to the more full side than the not full side. Still a regular stop for me. Features: Store no longer posts signs about required masks the last time I looked.

I was forced to order food to use their bathroom. As an Uber driver and someone that helps keep the city moving I make stops at gas stations and fast food restaurants to use the bathroom. Today was no exception, I was downtown and stopped at this del taco to use the bathroom, and the employee told me its for paying customers and to use the bathroom i will have to purchase something. So i did place an order and told the lady that she doesn’t even have to make it because i just wanted to use the bathroom. So I used the bathroom and left. I totally understand that they don’t have to let me use their bathroom but its “Courtesy and kindness” that was missing at that location.. So in a world were you can be anything…don’t be a del taco!!

Sad they no longer have the 1/2 pound burritos for a dollar any more they are now smaller and slightly more expensive but still good and the service was fast and friendly which I appreciate especially seeing the manager being so nice to her crew it's a nice change from my experience working fast food
