Del Rancho®

Ordered it plain and it comes like this. Get all the way home (30 min drive )and call them. They will only refund me if I drive all the way back across town and bring it back to them. Why do you need the old food back? That seems like a health code violation. Del Rancho used to be synonymous with Best Chicken fried steak sandwich in the world. Now it's rude employees. Fries were also stale. Lost a lifetime customer because they won't refund or give me credit for 1 steak sandwich. Also , please quit asking for tips. I know I've had to live off tips before, but it is extremely rude to ask. Your service should warrant a tip. Good service = good tip.

The chicken fried steak dinner is wonderful and flavorful. I’m not really a fan of green bean but their green bean (with some pieces of bacon) side is yummy. Creamy and flavorful mashed potatoes and gravy

Happy Hours 1/2 price drinks, 2-4p and 8-10p ? I usually get a large (very LG) Cherry/Limeade. Famous for their giant steak sandwich, (pricey)and a Jr. steak sandwich Plenty. Good 1/3lb burgers, also a little pricey and cooked while you wait ! CarHop to your car service. Sometimes pretty busy, check the drive-in for empty spaces. Be sure to Tip your Carhop, it's tough outside (economy/weather). I usually tip a minimum of a dollar. All in all A 4*star pick, but really "proud" of their sandwiches Go for It !
