Del Rancho®

*Kitchen employees were not wearing masks or gloves. Employees were answering the phone, then touching food with bare hands. I saw one employee scratching their face then continued making the food. Del rancho on SW 59th and Santa Fe is a much better experience, we ate there once and really enjoyed it. Went to the location in Bethany Oklahoma, was not impressed. The chicken fried steak and chicken fried chicken were heavily battered and there was almost no meat inside. Waited about 15 minutes for the food and it came out warm not hot. Fries were soggy, and not crunchy at all. Overall, next time this location will not be on our radar. The consistency between locations and food quality is hit or miss.

Steak sandwich supreme was amazing as always!! I'm so glad I swung in while I was in town!! Kid-friendliness: Great Kids menu!! Parking: Ample parking all around the building!!

Ordered it plain and it comes like this. Get all the way home (30 min drive )and call them. They will only refund me if I drive all the way back across town and bring it back to them. Why do you need the old food back? That seems like a health code violation. Del Rancho used to be synonymous with Best Chicken fried steak sandwich in the world. Now it's rude employees. Fries were also stale. Lost a lifetime customer because they won't refund or give me credit for 1 steak sandwich. Also , please quit asking for tips. I know I've had to live off tips before, but it is extremely rude to ask. Your service should warrant a tip. Good service = good tip.
