Del Frisco's Grille

Food and atmosphere are consistently good here. They're still working their way back on the staffing, it seems. We enjoy the patio, and it's a great place to grab drinks and a bit when it's just the two of us. We like it for lunch, too, with clients. Shrimp Cobb is a great salad and the ahi tacos are fun.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Del Frisco's Grille, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. What truly set this dining experience apart was the exceptional service provided by our amazing server, Alexis. From the moment we were seated, Alexis greeted us with a warm and friendly smile that instantly put us at ease. She took the time to thoroughly explain the menu, making sure to highlight her personal recommendations of both food and cocktails. Her knowledge of the menu and genuine passion for creating a great experience for her guests truly enhanced the overall experience. Her excellent service truly went above and beyond my expectations. Throughout the meal, Alexis ensured that every aspect of our time there was perfect. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, ensuring that our water glasses were always filled and our table was kept clean and tidy. I’m not one who usually writes reviews but my experience here was just terrible. Our server j dropped our appetizer on the table and instead of getting a new appetizer he picked the food up from table back to the plate and left it. There were roaches by/on our table and when we voiced our concerns, we were told that it’s the summer time and they usually have this problem meanwhile we’re at the end of October. We were completely ingnored and treated as if no one cared about our concerns and that this was a normal situation. -Update After being told that they would deal with this problem, I was never contacted by anyone and have been ignored via email ever since. I will never dine here again.
