Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse

Very disappointing experience at this Houston location. I have visited both Boston locations many times, in which their service has always been astonishing. The level of service at the Houston location does not compare at all to the kind of attention that I have received in the past. The restaurant was not busy at all, the manager crossed us by (two times), did not greet us nor asked us how was our experience. When we were leaving down the stairs, the manager was also standing there, he did not say a word, until my partner directly looked at him, he just said “good night” to him. The service was very fast, and the server was speaking too fast. The runner confused our plates. The steaks were room temperature. We felt that we were in a fast-paced restaurant, and not an up-scale restaurant, when there were only three tables occupied aside of ours. I really enjoyed my dinner at del friscos everything we ordered was very fresh and flavorful and Chase Ditt and Ethan did a wonderful job making sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend making a reservation and asking for Chase he is one of the best. The tomahawk was outstanding and my favorite side was the lobster Mac and creamed corn. Nothing like finishing off with some butter cake and banana bread pudding. Excellent service food and ambiance here at the galleria Houston. Once again can’t recommend chase enough!! Thanks guys
