Deep Down South BBQ

I was a little skeptical the first time I tried their food because the chicken sandwich had bones. As in, they take a chicken leg and a wing and some other cut and put them between two pieces of bread. I went back because that chicken was smoked to perfection and I liked their bbq sauce. Next I tried the pulled pork sandwich. It was incredible! I got fries and garlic potatoes on the side which were both alright. Their prices are pretty good too, even with the delivery fees from uber eats.

Ordered from Uber eats last night , they cancelled the first order because they had no garlic potatoes left , that’s fine so I reordered while making sure I changed both orders of garlic potatoes to something else , I reorder I waited the time to pick up my order , we get there order says ready for pick up , I have my boyfriend go grab it and we ended up waiting almost an hour , they told us they were bagging it twice within that time Frame. When my bf realized how long he has been waiting he says something again and they tell us they cancelled our order even though we are looking at the screen on Uber eats that says my order is ready for pick up. I support this place all the time , every time I order there are issues , they gave us nothing but attitude as if we didn’t just spend money in THEIR establishment and waited over an hour and was told TWICE they were bagging our food. If you can’t keep up with the volume of orders I would suggest not offering mobile ordering on any platform a

Thank you to Mr. Albert, Ms. Roxy, and Ms. Layla for making the student and staff luncheon happen at my school. Thank you for catering our event! The process of obtaining a quote, selecting menu items, and delivery went so smoothly. I called and emailed Mr. Albert repeatedly to ensure all things were in order and he never was bothered! The food was amazing and the students and staff appreciated the BBQ glazed chicken, pulled pork, Mac n' Cheese, Collard Greens, Green Beans, Cornbread, Dinner Rolls, and the variety of cakes brought for dessert. I look forward to the next time we can have them cater an event! I eat at Deep Down South regularly and the food is quite amazing! The customer service is also impeccable. They do get very busy, so I recommend calling ahead and you'll be in and out.
