Cuatro Salsas ???? Death By Tequila in Encinitas is Fuego! ???? Go for happy hour and try the blistered tempura shishitos. The classic margarita & classic Paloma were so good we didn't try any of the flavor enhancers, but you can add charred pineapple, jalapeños, basil, etc. We had the salsa trio that comes with guacamole & chips: high quality. Everyone was happy with their tacos as well.
