I've been wanting Cuban food for a while and found this place on Door Dash. Ordered the pork plate. The food arrived hot and looked good, except for the pork. It looked over cooked, tasted over cooked, and was very sour. I like mojo but this was way too much. The rice was very dry and the black beans lacked flavor. It all tasted like it was microwaved. The plantains were AWESOME! Probably won't try this place again.
Ok so here's the thing. The sandwich is a good sandwich, but as far as Cuban sandwiches go, the ingredients are there but it just wasn't that amazing. The plantains were pretty thick and that caused them to be under-fried in the middle and starchy. The guava and cream cheese pastry was good but overall this place is kind of pricey for what you get.
Authentic Cuban dishes, very polite and accommodating. The food was delicious, everyone loved it, especially the empanadas! We ordered catering for fifty for my husband’s 50th birthday party. Will definitely order again. Highly Recommend!!
