DB's Tavern

I've only been here once but I loved it. The drinks are great and the food is tasty! BUT, if someone encourages you to get the brussel sprouts, don't do it! Other than that, great vibe and well priced.

DB’s is an out-of-the-way local bar and grill that makes good cocktails and serves solid bar food. The staff is cool and drinks and apps come out quickly. After my girl’s karate class across the way, we sat outside on a hot summer night. Their Tavern Burger is way underrated, never appears on a “best of” list and is one of the best I’ve had in Charlotte. Parking is super easy in the shopping center and prices are reasonable given that most places now charge $20 bucks for a burger. If you’re in the area around Providence Country Club, it definitely worth a stop for a quick burger and beer.

The paninis with avocado and turkey are excellent. I had a DB Cosmos and I also ordered a floater as it was not very strong. Homemade onion rings were excellent as well as homemade chips. Server was wonderful! The peanut butter pie is very good, it looks small but is dense and full of chocolate.
