Dazzo's Pizzeria

I've always loved this spot. Our go to for concert nights. The music they have on is a great change from the mundane elevator music at most restaurants, it has a unique atmosphere. Recently the owner has decided to keep the music more easy listening type stuff, which made our last visit much less pleasurable. Hopefully the owner gets that sorted out, the food is always spectacular, but I'm giving a big thumbs down ???? to the boring music that is being played lately. A lot of people like hearing different music at a place covered in concert posters.

Delicious (Gluten Free) Pizza! Cool dine-in atmosphere. Great staff. Family friendly. This hidden gem on gay street is a must for locals and visitors alike. Perhaps the best pizza in all of Knoxville! They’re taking tips from their sister restaurant the Bijou at the Bistro (also GF friendly), right across the way. Hate it took us so long to discover it!

I really enjoyed this pizzeria. Even though our pizza was burned originally according to the kitchen staff. When it was brought to the table, it was not as bad as it was made out to be. We told them that we would eat it and not to worry about remaking it. We really did enjoy the pizza. About 5 minutes before we were ready to leave the server brought us a replacement pizza and boxed it up. Cudos to Dazzo's for going the extra mile to keep a customer. Just because an experience doesn't start off the best doesn't mean that you cant thoroughly enjoy the experience. This place was well worth the money and time spent.
