David's Crab House of Savannah

This is NOTHING LIKE THE ONE IN SAVANNAH. I went in ordered conch and shrimp and a dozen blue crabs. 1. They tried to give me love crabs..... I asked could they be cooked and the Asian guy threw a whole temper tantrum. I almost left but I still got the conch and shrimp since he had already cooked it. The conch I could even eat .... they tasted like old . And the sauce was way off. The shrimp were not deveined and they tasted old too. This place is nasty with bad customer service. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

I usually enjoy crabs from here but today 6/26/21 my crabs smelled like bleach and I couldn’t eat them; because of the smell and the terrible taste. I’m hoping I don’t get sick from what I did try. Be careful when purchasing from here!

Update: new management and I’ve tried to like them over the last 3 months but NO. The prices are even more inflated, which would be fine if the service and quality were still decent. Service is horrible and quality/taste is barely OKAY (I get the steamed, “garlic” food). I’ll just wait until I go to Savannah to get quality food (def not from David’s)... only reason this isn’t one star review is because I loved the old management/team. Won’t be returning to this place. Old: Great food and really great customer service (even if there’s a line). If you like seafood, there’s no reason you shouldn’t have tried this place by now. I really wish I could come here everyday but they’re closed on Tuesdays.
