We came around 5pm on a Saturday. Very lively and entertaining place with plenty of games. My 14 & 10 year old got to playing right away. I purchased their cards at a stand alone I didn’t have to wait in line. Halfway through playing we decided to eat. Our waiter was not happy to be working and he just didn’t seem “there”. He took our order and that’s it no checking in no giving us anymore utensils. We only had one with a napkin. We had to ask for refills on drinks. $100 per card is a lot of playing BTW. We went to cash out tickets for prizes and of course a lot of people were doing that as well! We got great gifts, but I did spend $200!!

We loved it! We arrived early for a birthday party and enjoyed happy hour cocktails which went down smoothly. I had the con chicken salad and it was delicious. Overall 3.5, but rounding up to 4. Food was decent, wait service was on point 100%. Was about $50 (including gratuity) for my 2 daughters & I to have dinner before we went gaming. We did the $100 game card which they charge a $3 service fee to purchase. I only played a handful of games and my daughters had ended up using the entire $100 worth of tokens within 2hrs. It ended up being an $150 night for the 3 of us. My daughters had fun. The prizes they earned for all their tokens was an absolute joke. They had fun, however had we not been given a $150 gift card to use here I don’t know that we’d have gone or had been as happy about the experience for the price.
