Dale's BBQ House

The sliced brisket is rather tough. Also the menu says dinners are served with Texas toast, my dinner came with a piece of raw bread. Would have been better to get what I thought I paid for.

We LOVE Dales. The service is always awesome. The food is amazing. If you want good BBQ, come to Dales and get the chopped brisket and ribs.

Was at ace hardware and saw a bbq place I haven’t tried. I got a lb of the shredded brisket and half a slab of ribs. The ribs were ok nothing special however as you can see the brisket was awful. First thing with brisket is it should be good enough on it’s own. If they have to add sauce to it you know something is wrong. And this was a mushy mess the consistency of canned ham salad just gross. No one would eat it and I have boys who will eat most anything! If you want good bbq go to nw 39th and meridian and drop by jack’s bbq the best ribs ever!!
