Dairy Queen

If I could give negative stars I would! Not only are they slow and rude but my taco salad was burned and didn't have any lettuce in it. Then when I called to complain she offers to remake it. I'm on my lunch break, I don't have time to come back and wait another 10 minutes for you to make a salad. So she offered to refund but only if I come back to the store not over the phone. I never want to go back there! Not even if you are paying me!

We drank our shakes and left. The lobby was full of people just trying to get out of the heat like us with a cool drink. Couldve been cleaner, honestly hate saying that. Cuz I worked fast food when I was a youngin I TOTALLY get it, especially in this day and time.... I appreciate the politeness of staff and how quickly we got our order. For that, they get a 5 in my book. We all have to understand covid has really done a number on us all mentally, I just appreciate that we got something cool to beat the heat in a timely friendly manner. And that they havent had to close down because of minimal staff. Do your best guys hope you're appreciated

The cook at this dairy queen is very aggressive. I got a hamburger that wasnt even mine and returned it to the lady in the window and kindly asked her to give me one the way I ordered it. The cook told her to ask me to pull around to only pull off the cheese and hand me the same burger right back. When he came outside to give it to me I didn't take it for it was cold as ice. He threatenly told me that I would have to wait 10 minutes then. He cursed at me and I felt very unsafe. Like he wanted to come through my window.,
