Absolutely terrific service yesterday, Sunday, October 23, 2022. I ordered through the drive-thru, all 3 employees I came in contact with were friendly, nice, and helpful. The ice to soda ratio in my drink was perfect! I know that many of the employees here at this location are Marcus High School students, it is refreshing to see these fine young women and young men who already seem to know the value of hard work at their age. Nice work DQ, that’s what I like about Texas! Keep up the great work!
Ordered a burger combo, added a order of onion rings and a small blizzard. $21 and change and never received the onion rings. Went thru the drive thru and was home before checking my order. It will be a very long time before I go back to this store.
Went here 8-10-22. Specifically ordered extra gravy x2. Neither meal had it when got home. Not the first time they have gotten our order wrong (many times before). Poorly managed for the price you pay. 9-30-22 -- went there today to give them another try. Still did not get the order correct on either meal. IDIOTS!! This is not rocket science people.
