Place was absolutely dirty no one in dining room and no staff cleaning it. The windows are all streaked see the pics and the fireplace. The tables shown in pics not even clean. The chili cheese dog was terrible the chili tasted like it was cooked forever or reheated or possibly left cooking all day. The bun was hard and stale. Totally disappointed and we were not even here during peak dining hours. Just unacceptable even being short handed.
We went inside because the drive through was full. Just ordered sundaes, the car at the tail end of the drive through line got their food plus, seriously 10 more cars and we still didn’t get our ice cream. A couple at a table said they waited 45 minutes for theirs! No organization at all!!! It took us 20 minutes to get two simple sundaes.
Purchased two doubles, one with bacon, and got a single and a double with no bacon and the wrong toppings. I also had the window slammed in my face and was charged for two double combos. All the window lady did was accuse us of ordering wrong. Very unprofessional. Very unsatisfied.
