Customer service was top notch and the food was amazing. Blew my expectations away. Will be back
Will NEVER go to this location again. My children were screamed at by a worker while we were sitting at our table. The worker heard laughing and ASSUMED someone was laughing at her. She felt it was appropriate to scream “I’m Non-Binary!!” At my children. I could care less about pronouns or sexuality….not my business, but it was absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional to scream at my family!
This location is so frustrating. Just moved to the area and this is the closest DQ to us. The three times that we’ve gotten blizzards here, they are not mixed hardly at all and at least one is missing toppings. EVERY time. S'mores without chocolate pieces, toppings that were paid for and never put into the blizzard. Just aggravating. Will drive further from now on to go to a different location.
