Got an ice cream cake for fathers day thru the drive thru. Staff was helpful in providing info on the different cakes and options. My family enjoyed the cake I chose..
1. Poor drive-thru accuracy. The place is too busy so they hastily and overconfidently take orders and screw them up. 2. Really slow if you consider the time of having to go inside and re-recite your order to an in experienced supervisor lacking in customer service skill only to have him show you your receipt as if it is engraved proof that they heard your order properly 3. Too cheap to fix the problem. They make you pay for their mistakes. 4. The line for the drive-thru blocks traffic and causes frustration in the lot and on the busy road where it's located.
I like DQ sandwiches. I did try the cheeseburger and I won't comment on that I need to try it again to really give a opinion.
