The food isn't too bad, and the service is usually pretty good, but tonight was the second time I've ran into an issue where they've put their "kitchen closed" sign up where the menu is. Please, put the sign at the ENTRY way. I waited in line for about 10-12 minutes just to then find out the kitchen was closed when we wanted to order food. Extremely frustrating especially when the kiddos and i were looking forward to getting some food ordered.
Gave us a melted blizzard came back 20 seconds later with a “new one” which was clearly the same melted one as before. It had been a long time since I had Dairy Queen, now I remember why. Also check your receipts the prices on the menu or lower then what they charge you for certain items. (4 pc chicken basket is what I got).
Kitchen is always closed. Inside still has not open. Asked for butterfinger blizzard and get a cup of Vanilla ice cream only. They should just close this location.
