Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Need training the night manager was not trained correctly was only 18years old or so. They served the chicken strip in a fine in tray not drive through container order was wrong and did not give totals at the order screen and could barely hear the person the window cashier did not give me total and threw away my reciept. When I came back the manager worked with me to correct everything kudos to her customer service.

Called and placed an order for a cake a week in advance. I get there and they don’t even have the order for it. I know I called the right store, they just didn’t place the order. Had to settle for a different pre-made cake, which didn’t have any customizations I wanted.

Food was disgusting, so were the shakes. Not sure what the deal was but spent $21.00 ate a couple french fries and a chicken nugget, threw it straight into the garbage. They forgot to give me one of my shakes and I had to remind them about it, then they handed me 2 shakes and a drink smothered with sticky ice cream dripping all over everything. Won't be back to this location until they hire new staff, because the quality of food and service for the evening shift is beyond bad. BTW, it was only 6pm on Wednesday night so not like I skidded in there at last second expecting a perfect experience ????
