This dairy Queen really messes up orders really bad and they charge you for it and you don't get everything what you ordered but still they charge you what you ordered but they don't give you everything that you ordered and they don't answer the phone it just goes to a voicemail I called and I called and I called no answer I trying to call them like 20 times no answer I'm not ordering from them again they got a grade f in my book
I love their ice cream cakes! The gentleman that wrote on the cake had beautiful handwriting and the cake looked amazing. I will definitely be buying more ice cream cakes from them. Their ice cream is great, too!
One worker had a terrible attitude, we were waiting for one dilly bar and they seemed like they forgot so I asked and he pointed to the freezer and with an attitude said “they’re right there”. I was confused and then he asked are you guys just waiting for one, and I said yea that’s what we ordered so he just threw it on the counter and I said thank you and he rolled his eyes. Deserts taste amazing though.
