This restaurant has great counter service but the cleanliness is sub-par and the speed of service is not great. The floors throughout the entire lobby are slippery from grime. The tables are messy. The women's bathroom is incredibly gross. Would like to see this place improve it's overall cleanliness. The food is usually hot, tasty, and made correctly so at least that is nice. Cold treats are also delicious and made correctly.
I watched one of the cooks outside on phone with her gloves on touching her hair and face and went back in and started preparing food without changing gloves. Also watched her go from handling food to taking money then back to food all with same pair of gloves she had on outside .health dept needs to go have a talk with these fine ppl
When you have a coupon that states Free Meal on it you will only receive a small sundae or upgrade to a blizzard for $2. I bought these coupons and it stated that they were worth $10. Well so much for false advertising. Parking: Pretty empty
