Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Totally unacceptable, arrived Feb. 26 appropriately 6-7pm. Gave order and went outside with table marker # 1. Waited appropriately 30-35 min. with no food delivery. Went in to ask of food delivery. They the employees stated our food was delivered. We didn't receive food and still had table marker. After some confusion on they offered to remake. When received food very small portions of cold fries and the 2 triple burgers were burnt hard and crispy. We just left after being there 1&a half hours. Never again, if your business is down in sales I understand why!

A few weeks ago I went to DQ and tried to order a Reese’s pb cup blizzard but sadly they were out of pb cups. I ordered a mint chocolate chip shake which I enjoyed. Didn’t finish it and left it in my freezer to enjoy later. Went back to DQ to order another shake and I was handed the blue cup seen on the left. I asked why it looked different then advertised and since last time I visited and they told me it was because they were out of the domes and were told my the company to serve in the blue cup and charge the same amount. A. This location has an inventory problem B. You shouldn’t charge the same amount for an ice cream that is half the size.

This location is just very sad.. You walk in and get totally ignored they see you standing at the register waiting to take your order and they will just turn around or walk away from you so they sont have to take your order.. Teenagers working here with attitudes and when you say something they don't like it.. Very sad we come here and spend our hard earned money and get treated with such disrespectful. No manager ever around. So they just do what they want. If i can give it zero starts i wouldn't have even.. When u work with the public if you dont smile or at least act polite then find a job somewhere else
