Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

First off I went through the drive thru and the girl taking my order doesn’t pay attention nor listen and secondly I spent almost $4 on a twisted dipped cone and they put barely any ice cream on the cone… I ordered a small and they put the amount they would for the tiny cones… I asked for my money back. The manger just did the refund and didn’t say anything to me. They are very unprofessional and has very poor customer service… I don’t recommend going there at all

My 5 stars for this location goes to Liv! She was working the front counter by herself while high school football game was going on across the street and she was trying so hard, had a huge crowd of people in front of her while taking orders, making ice creams, boxing orders, and still had a smile on her face and even remembered to flip the blizzards upside down to each customer! I'd give her 100 stars if I could! Such a hardworking chick! Great Job Liv!

Last week I got the wrong burger. Today with only one car in front of me at the drive thru I had to pull around to the front to wait for my food. Took at least 5 minutes. Got the food & didn't receive the requested ketchup & wrong burger again. Ordered a deluxe & just got a double patty with no lettuce or tomato. Got back in the drive thru & got my ketchup. Parked & got my food out. No fricken napkins. You'd think almost $9 for a burger & small fries you'd get a couple napkins. Not in any hurry to go back.
