I really like this restaurant. I had the Pasta Bolognaise and it was the best ever. I can't wait to go back and order it again. The spumoni is very good and I tried a dessert the waiter said was the most popular, a gelato rolled in chocolate or espresso ground beans? I am not certain but it was really outstanding.
Awesome experience! My family and I got a reservation for dinner to celebrate my graduation. So many great selections to choose from the menu. I ordered the Spaghetti alla Carbonara. Prices are not that bad considering the quality of food. Our food took a little bit longer than expected to come out, however it was worth the wait. The service was great. We'll definitely be coming back another time soon!
We have been enjoying Da Bianca Trattoria for decades! Their chef has stayed with them as well as some of the super old timers...not that they are "old." This has produced a wonderful high level of culinary excellent and consistency which we can all appreciate! Enjoy the good food!
