Good food, good service. Quaint atmosphere.

I don't know how to rate this. The folks inside are always very nice and the food is tasty and you get a good amount of it. But, the facility is nasty, nasty, nasty. Close your eyes and imagine you are in another country at a local restaurant with lower standards and you might accept it without any complaint. But here in Texas,? I would think the health department would at least ask them to store boxes off the ground and that the dirty clothing and other items not be in the hallway or that the restrooms be kept clean.

Modest place that covers the basic North Indian staples. Good for those wanting a quick takeaway on their way home. Spice levels can be customized upon request. There are three lunch combos each with an incremental overladen serving spoon. The term Bistro is probably a nod to some socio-economic group but has no relevance to an authentic use of the term.
