My favorite bar in New Orleans that is hyper-focused on crafting the finest cocktails using the finest ingredients. Not just a bar, it has plenty of tables and very good food as well that is always served quickly. The staff is highly skilled and highly knowledgeable about the cocktails and the origins and backgrounds of all of the ingredients.

We loved it here! Top notch drinks Superb wait staff (like really, I can't explain how perfect the service was) Music was perfect - ambiance was just how I would have done it - we ordered the pimento cheese, almonds and drinks Will definitely be back!!

We were here two times during our NOLA trip and Scott served us. He definitely prioritized asserting his experience/superiority over other coworkers or seemed more concerned about socializing rather than actually serving guests. We ordered food and he forgot about it, or would wait up to 7 minutes before starting the cocktails we had just ordered. The James Beard nomination prioritizes customer service and felt that this was lacking a little bit. Very pricey for 15-20 minute drink service and to see our bartender actively chatting with locals vs placing priority on bar tenants. However, Sam, a current bar apprentice (whom Scott told us several times was an apprentice and lacked experience) did an amazing job. Would like to see more passionate bartenders behind the bar rather than bartenders who assert their superiority over all other coworkers.
