Love the taste of the butter on their buns, always service with a smile
So I went there for lunch today and ordered three burgers 1 French fries and a milkshake. I was handed my milkshake at the drive-through and asked to pull forward as I waited for my food after about 20 minutes and probably 10 cars being served I decided to go inside and see what the problem was as to why I was still waiting for my food. The young woman that worked there at first tried to tell me that my order had already been delivered, then offered me a coupon and told me she would get my food after she figured out the problem. As the kitchen made the food, I asked for my milkshake to be replaced because it was now melted in my car. I truly do understand when a problem arises, but at any point someone could’ve come out and told me there was a problem they literally delivered food continually to people passing my car multiple times and never letting me know or wondering why I was sitting there with my little culver sticker on my window .
